PIXEL RECEIPTTerms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and HitScore Labs LLC ("we", "us"), which makes Pixel Receipt.
The service
Pixel Receipt analyzes photos you choose and produces a "receipt": signals about whether an image may be AI-generated or edited, and where it has appeared online. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Results aren't guaranteed
- Verdicts like "Likely AI", "Edited", or "No red flags" come from automated tools and metadata that can be missing, stripped, or forged.
- Results can be wrong in either direction. Don't rely on them as the sole basis for legal, financial, journalistic, or personal decisions.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Your responsibilities
- Only submit images you're allowed to use.
- Don't use Pixel Receipt or its receipts to harass, threaten, defame, or mislead others.
- Don't try to overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, including automated or bulk use.
Subscriptions
- Pixel Receipt Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account, weekly or yearly as shown in the app before purchase.
- A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account.
- Pro includes fair-use limits (currently 300 receipts and 30 oldest-copy searches per month) to keep the service running for everyone.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, HitScore Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on a receipt. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change the service. We'll update this page and the date above. We may suspend access for abuse of the service.
